Jen obtained her Associate of Applied Science, Paralegal Studies from Kirkwood Community College in 2011. She began working with the firm in October 2011, and currently works as a Paralegal in the areas of corporate records, state qualifications, contracts management, M&A, and Technology.
Jen assists in all aspects of file management including drafting corporate record documents, preparing Secretary of State filings, corporate record compliance, and assisting Randy and Will with various matters.
